To which locations do you deliver?
For Costa Rica: Within GAM we have personalised ecological shipments with Compra Sin Plástico, and outside GAM we work with Correos de Costa Rica.
Are my products guaranteed?
The most important thing for us is the community that trusts in our work and system, so if your product arrived damaged or has a factory defect, we will exchange it without any problem .
To make any claim in this respect, we have a period of 3 calendar days from receipt of your order, in accordance with the provisions of our terms and conditions.

For Costa Rica: $3.5 usd in the GAM with our ecological transport system.
$4usd outside GAM with Correos CR
5 usd our fast shipping option (GAM only).
Other countries: Distance $18-30usd. Varies by country.
In the last step, with your address, the final shipping cost will be displayed.

For Costa Rica: GAM: We even have a customised system, which reduces the waiting time, but in general, your order will arrive at the indicated address within 2 to 5 working days after your purchase.
Outside GAM: the delivery time is 4 to 7 working days, it takes a little longer due to the logistics of Correos CR.
Rest of the world: Depends on the country, but the estimated time is 14-21 working days with DHL's express and tracking number system.
